See, what we’re about to do is compile over 250 years worth of basketball experience and wisdom into one book and coach you all the way to the finish line! The mission of The Playbook is to provide resources for student-athletes where they may not otherwise find them. The goal of our compilation is to take the knowledge and wisdom of Division 1 college coaches, retired professional athletes, current professional athletes, and feed you spoon feed you everything that’s needed in order to WIN!

The defining moment will be when you find a coach or player that you absolutely positively relate to. Their letter, full of advice, will set you off on the right path! That will be a magical moment. Think about it! Every person who has ever played the game (and played with passion) could teach you a little or a lot about the game. We have taken those who can teach you a lot, and asked them to teach you by writing to you. We will address topics such as trade-offs and sacrifices made in order to be great, the recruiting process, signing your letter of intent (early, late & on time), how to get looks from scouts, SAT’s/ACT’s, community service, stardom too soon, how to transition as a foreign exchange student to the United States & why it’s beneficial and a host of other topics.
