As the autumn comes into full swing, teams are normally gearing up from preseason training. 2020 has been a bit different. Teams may not be Playbook Series Inc. only continues to grow. We are excited to announce our strategic partnership for our web design with Digital Reach Online Solutions headed by Mandy Thompson.
Mandy was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona where she was a student athlete for her entire high school career. After her sophomore year of college, Mandy worked as a real estate agent and opened her own brick and mortar style licensed company where she worked closely with homeowners during the 2008 financial crisis. This period of time made her realize that she wanted to explore and understand more about the world, inspiring her to travel the globe whilst working independently location wise. 10 years later, Digital Reach Online Solutions has evolved into the holistic online solutions company it is today providing a variety of digital solutions such as marketing, web design, consulting, integrations, and more.
Mandy is highly experienced in the marketing industry having worked in digital marketing for 10 years and marketing and sales as a whole for close to 20 years. Her favorite aspect of the digital marketing field is the focus on dynamic problem solving. Particularly, she enjoys the intricacy of analyzing user behavior, campaign performance, effectiveness of websites, and using this information to implement solutions and measure outcomes. Overall, the most satisfying part for Mandy is being able to track and see real results of the solutions she implements.
At Digital Reach Online Solutions, Mandy stresses the importance of open communication, familial culture, and the “human touch”. The company’s huge diversity is what makes it so unique and what helps it establish the cultural tone of “people first”. As much as possible, Mandy tries to establish a sense of community and trust in the workplace, despite everyone being location independent. She values collaboration, communication and the presence of everyone’s ideas by maintaining a flat organizational structure in order to allow everyone to be in some sort of leadership role. The team is filled with a number of masterminds focusing on messaging, communication, design, integration, and more. Digital Reach Online Solution’s ultimate goal in the tech industry is to be honest and transparent with the non profit organizations they work with, and to best inform them on how to best solve their specific tech issues.
Mandy places a high importance on the company prioritizing the non profits rather than themselves, and to be flexible based on where the non profit is in their process and therefore what they actually need. Lastly, Mandy re-emphasizes the value of the “human touch” by recognizing how there is someone behind every transaction and service. All of these factors not only play into Digital Reach Online Solutions’ efficiency, but also into its unique familial culture.
Mandy plans to revolutionize how scholar athletes participate in and learn from the virtual community by firstly and foremostly understanding the audience. She believes that researching and breaking down what appeals to the various audiences of Playbook Series Inc. can allow one to understand where all their needs harmonize. Mandy believes what will make Playbook Series Inc’s online platform unique is it’s audience.
The social aspect of the platform tied together with the purpose behind it will create a vibrant yet productive online community for student athletes to continue to use the tools they need.
According to Mandy, Playbook Series Inc. is revolutionizing the recruiting process by allowing young scholar athletes to become prepared sooner. Whether it be by building habits, addressing issues early, or even providing mentorship, Playbook Series Inc. provides students with the much needed direction to navigate their unique experiences.
We are so excited to be collaborating with Mandy and her exceptional team for our nonprofit virtual resource center. The typical 6 to 8 week time frame is being slightly extended to possibly 10 weeks until launch in order to truly perfect the online platform for our scholar athletes.
